Developers wishing to write add-ins using native C++ only need to download the Window Clippings header file:

Downloads for .NET developers
Developers wishing to write add-ins using the .NET Framework only need to download the Window Clippings .NET assembly:
Latest build: 2.1.22 (public types unchanged from 2.0 release)
Please ensure that a copy of WindowClippings.dll resides in the same folder as your copy of WindowClippings.exe as it is used for registering managed add-ins.
The .NET Framework 2.0 is required for managed add-ins.
